Hampering Around

Based on client feedback and our own research we are changing aspects of our website to make it easier for our clients.  New areas will shortly appear on our website that deal with;

1. Christmas Gifts, both from our standard range and made to order (customised) gifts. For example we are already taking Christmas orders for delivery in November/December.

2. Large orders, those clients that wish to order from 100 to 3000 (or more) gifts in a single order.

3. The Hampering Around difference, why we believe we are the best choice for our clients.

4. Corporate branding, everything from ribbon, through to branding an item.

From our research we have noticed that whilst we take a lot of these things for granted (because we are doing them all the time) often we don’t make it as easy we could for our clients to find this information.

In recent enquiries for Christmas and other occasions we have been asked about Gluten Free gifts for Celiac Disease. This is an area that we as a company have not traditionally focussed on and have probably not been as responsive with gift idea’s and options as we could have been. It is now our intention to ensure that as part of catering for all our customers requirements, we also have gift ideas for this important category.

We have just gone live with the start of our Christmas range.  The two categories we have posted are our general Christmas range and our Non Alcoholic Range.   Over the next month the entire range will be on our website and our new catalogue will be printed for distribution to our clients and downloadable from our website.

Clients can choose from something in our existing range or we are happy to customise a gift to suit your particular requirements.  Large quantities are our speciality and we deliver Nationally and Internationally.

We encourage all our clients to plan their Christmas gift requirements early to avoid disappointment.

You may ask what this has to do with Hampering Around, quite a lot really.  We are continually looking at the supply chain we deal with and the way that our products come to us, particularly of course food items.  In sticking with our company philosophy of quality items that will help us “leave a lasting impression” we are always looking at not just what we can supply our clients but how it is produced and has come to us.

This year as part of our new catalogue, to be released in October, we will be looking to add comments and notes on certain parts of our range, providing some detail on where they come from and how they are produced.
